Administration Fee

Once you’ve applied to rent a property through us, you will need to pay an administration fee. This fee covers our payment, cost of references, set up of online account, legal documentation including tenancy agreement and utility/council tax set up.

Holding Fee
After you have paid your administration fee you will be set up on an online platform to progress your tenancy. At this stage, you will need to pay a £500 holding fee, once moved in this £500 will be allocated to your first month’s rent.
