DELIVERY & RETURNS

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer Domestic Shipping (within the UK) at a flat rate of £5.00 per order.

International Tracked Shipping is offered at a flat rate of £15.00 per order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in London, and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days depending on your location.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent confirming receipt of your order, and again once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email customercare@beachsociety.co.uk

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Beach Society uses Royal Mail.

For hard to reach places or deliveries that require special attention, please email customercare@beachsociety.co.uk and we will work with you to select a suitable courier company and delivery option.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.  These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. 

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Beach Society.

If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BEACH SOCIETY ACCEPT?

Currently we accept Credit/Debit Card Payments. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!

Please contact us directly at customercare@beachsociety.co.uk to arrange this.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept exchanges or returns on all our items, we only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags, dust bags and original packaging.

  • Item/s must not have been worn

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the goods

  • Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Beach Society for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Simply email customercare@beachsoicety.co.uk and we will give you all the details you need!

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN/EXCHANGE TO?

We have a warehouse based in London, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns. We will provide you with the full address when we confirm your return or exchange.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE/REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return.

If you're exchanging, we will send your new item out as soon as we receive the item you are returning.

If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay as soon as we have received the goods.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at customercare@beachsociety.co.uk so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordered items will be charged in full and secured for you as soon as the order is placed.  Once your order has arrived we will ship your item directly to you.  The returns policy for pre-orders is the same as all other orders.
