Fun, catchy music, short cheerful or heartfelt scenes and spoken dialogue. The operetta trio C'estLaVie transports its audience to a world of familiar tunes and fun atmosphere with duets and arias from Strauss' Die Fledermaus, Offenbach's Orpheus in the Underworld, Zeller’s The Bird Seller or Two hearts in three-quarter time. The program even includes a complete opera: Menotti’s half-hour opera The Telephone, a hilarious tale of Lucy and her beaux, Ben, who attempts to propose, but is thwarted time and again by the ringing of the phone. In order to convey what he wants to say, Ben has to eventually give her a different kind of ring… on the phone.
The artists of the C'estLaVie trio - soprano Manuela Fraikin, tenor Thomas Seidel and pianist Andreas Reuter – excel on large or intimate stages to perfect your concert, wedding, company event or exhibition.
